Patrick Bill Daniels is an executive non-profit consultant and community organizer with over 10 years of experience driving organizational impact in national non-profits. From establishing and evolving strategies and advancing staff competencies to optimizing finance, he leverages a holistic approach to organizational development to assist non-profits in maximizing services throughout Chicago.

Patrick is the founder and chief executive officer at the Bill and Margie Daniels Foundation. His career includes roles as director, senior consultant, senior program manager, community engagement manager, and case manager at organizations dedicated to various social causes, including violence prevention, public policy, health care, justice reform, and father advocacy.

Patrick entered the non-profit arena in 2013, leading strategic and operational projects at UCAN. The following year, he was promoted to oversee several projects funded by the Office of Violence Prevention. Over the next eight years, he delivered impacts to Heartland Alliance’s READI Chicago, Metropolitan Family Services’ Light in the Night, Volunteers of America’s affordable housing project, and Chicago Department of Public Health’s Healthy Chicago Zone Project.

Patrick is currently the vice president of the board for the Friendship Center, a senior consultant for the RAO 25 advisory board, and serves on the advisory board for Chi Gives Back. Patrick has a Master's of Social Work from the University of Illinois and an executive leadership certification from Kellogg School of Management.
